With the dramatic growth in the demands of ride-hailing service, there were innumerable APPs has emerged in the market. Lyft is one of them. Nevertheless, this phenomena has also consequentially brought the safety problem of female passengers as well. Countless cases of sexual harassment were reported by the census. This project is a digital ecosystem design for optimize the female users’ experience with Lyft regarding to the the safety problems.
