‘ Museum Fatigue’ is a state of physical or mental fatigue caused by the experience of exhibits in museums and
similar cultural institutions. It’s also a phenomenon that frequently and subconsciously happened in our real life when we go to the large museums and visit over 90 minutes. Based on this phenomena, our group
was designing a closed loop which involves app, wearable and website three touch points for Whitney
digital ecosystem to effectively alleviate the impact of museum fatigue on the visitors.
